Spur Steak Ranches
Treated like an inconvenience instead of a custome

Two friends and I recently went to Spur Steak Ranch on a Friday evening for supper. We were seated by our waiter who promptly disappeared without first asking us what we wanted to drink. When he eventually came back and took our drink order he made sure to tell us that the kitchen was closing in half an hour. This was in response to my question about drinks, he didn't even wait to hear my query properly but thinking I was going to ask something about the food blurted out what was obviously high in his agenda! The kitchen closing and him going home! We ordered and the food came and we had no problem with the food even though the waiter did not check if we were ok during our meal as they usually do. While we were finishing up another couple came in and sat down near us. They sat at a table near us and the other two male waiters took great delight in performing and teasing the female waiter (like the immature they obviously are) because she had to take a table so close to closing!! Whatever happened to people being raised with manners and whatever happened to respect for your customer? This is the first and last time I will eat at that Spur! Tokai Spur only from now on
