Still waiting

I have been waiting at this spur for 50 minutes already. I have not received any food or drinks. Other tables in this section have been served food and when u complain to the manager they say they will sort it out and don't!!!
This is terrible terrible service with a bad attitude and service.

I am sitting with 2 seven year old children that have been crying at the table cause they want their food and haven't received it yet. They get our drinks order wrong.. Being us cool drinks with no straws... Being us coffee with no plates underneath and guess what still no food.

I am so angry and will never recommend anyone who comes to hermanus to come to this spur.

Rather travel an hour or two away and go somewhere else cause here u will receive service...

They bring half the order and everyone else must just wait.

This is terrible. Never ever ever come here. If u want service come to this spur.
