Bad customer service

I would like to express my concern about the bad customer service I received at your branch in Wonderpark.
Firstly lady by the name of Kelebogile, who was at the drive thru window, was beyond rude, arrogant and very selfish. She did not even bother to great us, And particularly when I enquired about products she did not bother to explain anything but rather told me that I am wasting her time and further said I should park my car out of the drive thru and decide what we want to eat. She continued by telling us about her timer and said that if we want to buy we should give her the money.
I fail to understand how a company as big as KFC decide to put people who know absolutely nothing and rude, no respect and stinking/disgusting/atrocious attitude to customers.
Much to our dismay a guy named Sekitla who attended me and I left the branch served.
