My family and I went to the Menlyn Park drive-in on Saturday, 16.02.2013, we arrived around 18h30 and firstly had to wait in a line from the 5th floor. My first complaint is the cars that are not controlled and therefore alot of the time people either push in or don't give other vehicles space which causes a back up of cars waiting to get in the line to go into the drive-in.

Secondly, we waited an entire hour and 45 minutes in a line and when we reached the front of the line to be told that the drive in was full. I just feel the fact that that it was full is understandable but not to bother going to the cars that were waiting and inform them of this would have been great instead of waiting to get to the front only to be told the drive in is full is unacceptable. Furthermore the drive-in refused to stamp our car park ticket because we did not enter the drive in well my question is if they told me a half an hour earlier instead of making me wait I would not have needed to pay for parking.

I also wonder having security around with their portable phones made no sense as they did not even bother helping, how nice would it have been if they could have informed us!
