Nandos
Incorrectly captured orde

I placed an order at Nandos and I over emphasised that I needed extra sauce to be added on it, but to my suprise I received burnt meat and there was no extra sauce. This is not the first time such a thing is happening, infact it has happened on numerous occasions and I have reached my boiling point because of the appaling service rendered to me. The staff is so unproffesional and it seems like they dont care about mantaining the standards of customer service. Could somebody ensure that they re-train their staff on retaining their customers. I am not impressed at all.
