Dear Sir/Madam

on the 29/05/2013 i ordered five quarter chicken that cost R34.90, we reuired extra sauce, to my suprise only five queter chicken, five rolls and four chips were included and no extra sauce, the chicken was so dry, wen we ask the person who was packing the order she assure us that the order was packed wel and everything was included

im very disapointed at the level of service and the incopetent staff hired by Nandos, this will kill the reputation of them and many customers will stop buying and those staff will be unemployed,

We buy from Nandos because we chose top not because we r force to

can management talk to their staff to improve the service they give us
