Now I understand the "couldn't care less" attitude of the staff at the branches. The staff at head office could not be bothered either. The customer lodges a complaint and receives the standard reply that someone will be in contact. They give you a reference number P/5/13/658 and that's that. Could not give a hoot. Remember KFC, it is Joe Public who pays your salaries.
