Planet couldnt be bothered

So PF couldn't be bothered to call their members when the complain to head office via telephone, complain via the PF website, complain on the gym based key pads or even complain via Hello Peter. So what exactly does it take to get any form of response from ANYONE in PF. The weak and inaccurate 'response' posted on my last compliant on Hello Peter was pathetic. No-one called me or even bothered to get in touch with me. Yet PF are happy to post inaccurate 'responses' trying to cover their obvious inability to give any form of Customer Service. Virgin Gym is looking ever more appealing. And to think I have been a member for 8 YEARS! So this is one last attempt for a member of the MANAGEMENT team at either PF head office or the manager at Fourways to get off their bums and contact me. It would be so nice if someone actually gave a hoot about members complaints. But I suppose that would be asking too much, just like it is asking too much for decent equipment in the gym that isn't some cheap Fong Kong special that doesn't work properly and falls apart after one use. So PF be brave and get in touch with me - I will even call you, just give me your telephone number!
