COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT

After my previous complaint, about an attendant who couldn't be bothered to assist us properly I am told, sorry, we don't know what attendant you are referring to. I must come back to that dump to point him out. Do you not have CCTV footage? Don't you have a staff register to see who was working at stated time? I can see why your employees don't give a hoot about anything, as the owners don't. Your bad, pathetic attitude and incompetence filters down to your employees. The initial complaint was handled very unprofessionally. Why should I take the time to travel all that way when you can't be bothered to take some initiative? Let's see if you even bother to respond properly this time...
