Super Service from a Manager what a delight

I have all the praise for Mary at Bothasig. She was curtious all the time even though I was complaining about the extra charge for my Pizza and when she underpaid me which I did not notice she sent a stall memeber out to my card to give me the money. WELL DONE I will go back there any time. This is the kind of person companies should hold onto and not let go.
I do have one problem, and that is that Romans head office does not seem to care about a customer giving their staff a compliment. I have mailed head office and have heard nothing from them.
I reall want head office to confirm that they have complimented Mary for her good service else in a year she will be like the rest nad not give a hoot.
