Bad customer service

On holiday from Pretoria we went to Paarl Mall Mugg and Bean. I ordered a Hot Chocolate. It was so sweet (without me adding any sugar) that I was unable to drink it. I had one sip and asked the waitress to take it back and rather give me a Cappuccino.
When we had to pay, the waitress waited for the manager to take the hot chocolate of the bill. She came back from the manager who said "you ordered it, that is how we make it, you have to pay for it". Unbelievable!! The manager had such a horrible attitude towards a customer with a problem, and didn't even bother to do it face to face.
Unfortunately I was in a rush, so had to pay for something Mugg and Bean made undrinkable. I do not think it was unreasonable of me to expect them to take it of the bill.
I will not be going there anytime soon!
