THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

On Friday night (05/04/13) my wife placed an order at 7:32pm on my name as usual. the lady on the that took her order advised her that it would take 50 MINS for the delivery... yes 50 mins!!! however we were hungry and decided to wait for it... so much for the ''40 minutes or free'. after 50 mins still no delivery... after 1 hour still no delivery!! my wife calls again at 8:36 to cancel however the lady advised my wife that she WILL NOT CANCEL the order! she advised my wife that the driver will only be another 15mins...??? she also advised my wife that there were only 2 drivers.. UH who's problem is that? the driver then decides to pitch up and does not even apologise! i then told him to take the order back and was forced to go out in the cold to get food at some other restaurant. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER! AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE SERVICE LIKE THAT? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
