Debonairs Pizza
1.5 hours to wait, semi-warm pizza, no manage

So, if you take the time and look at my cell number on your records - you can see Debonairs is almost a food group for me. I order take outs a lot.

Normally, I don't have any issues with you guys, but last week Saturday things took a turn for the worst.
I called the Claremont branch a little before 19:30 and placed my order. No issues there. I was told the normal 30 - 40 mins wait.
I had to follow up on the order at 20:15 since my pizza wasn't there. I was told "the driver is on the way"
Phoned again at 20:30, the driver is still on the way.

Now getting more than annoyed, I started to lose my cool. A 1 hour delivery is fine, as long as the pizza is still hot (mine wasn't) and you employ staff who can talk on the phone properly. I could barely hear my follow up calls and no manager was available, apparently.

My pizza eventually arrived a little past 21:00 that night with the sticker more black than red.

Sort this out please, I love your pizza but this isn't acceptable.
So, wow me and keep me as a customer and I'll order this weekend again. if not, I'll go somewhere else.
