Long Delivery Cold food

I order a rock and roll pizza from St'Elmos in Plumstead, I requested for a delivery, the lady advised food will be 45 to 1hour and that they charge for delivery and I am only 10 minutes drive away, (diep river) I waited for more than hour and 20 minutes so I called St Elmos the lady advised its on it way, Still waited another 15 minutes before pizza arrived only to receive Ice cold pizza. Not great service i need to pay for delivery and wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive cold food, I dont understand with so many competitors offering faster and free delivery and then you actually get nice warm pizza how a company can offer such bad service.
