Sunday the 12 of January i called and placed an order for delivery at 19:00. The lady then advised me that i should expect delivery between 45 min to an Hour. I then received my food at 8:10 . I was furious and all the driver could say was sorry. Further more the box states on presentation if the dot on the box is not red the pizza is free and the driver acknowledged that it was . i then called the store and the RUDE lady (so called manager) said they cant me give me the pizza for free coz the weather . that's not my problem why do ul have that promotion when its a . if the pizza came on time and the dot was black i wouldn't of mined but late delivery and receiving cold food. Thats Pathetic
