Staff taught to LIE

Service from Mochachos Randfontein. I called to enquire if they deliver, 1 of the staff advised they do deliver&it will take about 30 min. So we placea fhe orderza&wait. After 35 minutesa we calla backa&ask, the lady saysza the driver's on his way backa from another delivery&his coming. After about another 15 mins I call back&was told the order left, the driver's on the way.5 mins later my wife calls&she is told that the order hasn't left but will leave shortly. If u can't deliver, we would drive down the 7-8 km's to come eat there or collect the food. How dare can your'll about this, how can u teach your staff to lie. We understand ya busy and all. But be straight and tell your customers how long the food will be, if we ordered @ 19:05, u have to be honest and say if ya order will be delayed and u take down the no. So call and say what's going on. you guyses for working dishonestly. May the Almighty lord deal with your'll.ya know what I was forced to do. I sent the chow back to show u a lesson.
