Poor customer service from McDonald's staff

I was with a friend, he ordered a McMixa. Her attitude towards him was uncalled for. She sounded like she didn't want to assist him. Didn't ask whether we were sitting in or we wanted to take our order away. When it was my turn to order, I also ordered a McMixa, with Milkshake. Same attitude. Her tone was unnecessarily loud and irritable. She also didnt ask whether I was sitting in or wanted a take away. When her colleague asked why she didnt ask me if I was sitting in, she threw her hand at him. My Milkshake took almost 10 minutes to arrive. When I received it, it was closed yet overflowing, I showed it to her and all she did was look at me and continued serving other customers.
