Rude Staff

On Friday i around midnight i went to McDonalds at The Ridge in Witbank using the drive thru, when we were placing our order one rude lady told us that she wont be taking our order then i asked why she told me that she's refreshing the system then i asked how long will it take and she told me that about 15 minutes.she was so rude to me, i mean really i had to literally drag answers out of her mouth, no explanation and no apologies.i'm sorry but if this company employs this kind of employees they gonna lose customers.i'm really super about the service i received.
