Constant Bad Service and never have stock

I don't know why I continue to go to Mcdonalds in Centurion. The staff are always rude, don't bother to tell you that the card machines aren't working until after you have placed the order and NEVER have milkshake. Again last night you were out of milkshake and your staff were rude! Only after my husband finished placing the order at the drive through did the assistant bother to tell him that your card machine was not working. When he went inside he was told none of the card machines are working even though they were. Next time we will just get steers!!!
