Pathetic Service at a Mcdonalds drive thru!!

We order at the drive thru and as we pay we ask this guy to take a certain amount from the debit card and we'll pay the rest cash, he replies with an attitude "No Mcdonalds doesn't do that" I tell him we do this all the time at Mcdonals in other places and we've never had a problem he tells us we can't tell him about his job his been there for 5 years and they have never done that, we ask for the manager he asks what is the manager gonna do, we ask for the manager again and he calls the manager and the manager says yes you can do this he says to the manager "then do it yourself", the card declines so we end up paying cash, when giving the change he throws it on my hands. I asked for his name he said "its Thando" with an attitude so am not sure if he is indeed a Thando. Very ghetto and rude-his service was appalling! Totally digusting! Even when the manager was there he showed no remorse, instead he was still rude, rolling eyes! This is totally unnacceptable, I go to Mcdonalds at least twice a week and I have never been treated with such disrespect!
