Tired of rude customer service

My boyfriend & re regulars at this Mcdonalds. We have always paid separately at the drive through, & was confirmed by a manager that we may. Yesterday and this evening we tried to pay separately but the lady taking the order was rude, abrupt & refused to take the order. The same happend yesterday, they actually switched the machine off & ignored us because we wanted to pay separately. Reasoning is that it inconviences the other customers, how ironic is that. We will not return as we are tired of this poor service. This branch has never had good service, I would rather drive 7kms outve my way for decent service than be treated like we have been.
