Digusting attitude

Went to Steers on Thursday evening, the lady who took my order at the till was extremely rude, as she was joking around with other collegues while taking my order. After saying out loudly "hello" in the middle of my order she attended to me again, but the same pathetic attitude. I decided to just ignore her while i ate my meal.

About 30 minutes later another customer told the lady "can you please tell the manager this table is broken, someone will get hurt, so please remove it" he was very polite about this. She acknowledged him. A few minutes after he walked out, she mocked the customer, telling her collegues "please tell the manager to remove this table" and laughed. THIS WAS WHILE THERE WERE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. Needless to say the broken table still remained in the stoor. Worst attitude i have ever seen!
