Disgusting Service from Tony

My family and I decided to have an enjoyable meal at Quay Four on Sunday, to our surprise, we were left waiting for acknowledgement for about 5 minutes, which was not the initial problem as we understood that they were busy. Tony and his manager eventually made there way to our table, we mentioned that we were waiting quite some time for some-one to come over and Tony told us that we were only waiting for about 3 minutes, so he doesnt see the problem, keep in mind that this guy had enough attitude for everyone in the restaurant. As i gave him my order, he just walked away and started cleaning the table behind us, and the manager just stood there staring at him, she had absolutely nothing to say, Tony decided that he didnt want to be our waiter and just walked off while we gave him our order.. SHOCKING to say the least. We were then served by another guy, who seemed flustered and forgot to bring main parts of our order, no-one even came to our table to check if the food order was correct, or if it was enjoyable to say the least. Quay Four, you guys have a lovely establishment situated at a perfect venue, i suggest you send your staff on a serious Customer Service course ASAP!
