PATHETIC Service - Twice!

I went to this restaurant twice in the span of two weeks and both times it was terrible. The first time the waitress took our order and then came back 5 minutes later to tell us that they had run out of all types of rum and therefore couldn't order any of the cocktails we wanted. We were then told we could only order ones with Red Bull in and when we suggested others her attitude was sullen. The next time they took 5 minutes to seat us, failed to clean or clear the dirty table and then ignored us for 20 minutes. When we finally collared a waitress we were told that we couldn't order sushi as the sushi bar closed at 9pm (it was 9:03pm!!) and we had been at the table since 8:40pm. No effort was made to make this up to us and we were ignored for the rest of the night - we could have walked out without paying. When I phoned the manager to complain I was told she would phone me back and she has yet to do that. Absolutely pathetic service and a terrible attitude.
