Chips portioning shocking

I was at the Mc Donalds Kempton Park around 13H15 pm today and I bought a Quater pounder meal, I unfortuantely don't have a slip as it was busy and there was a lady outside drive through collecting money for the cashier, I got back to my store only to find out the chips were almost a kiddies portion for a medium meal, this is totally unacceptable surely the person packing the order can see this in not procedure, I did take out a picture and would like to send it to the person in charge
