Oily Chicken, Brown lettuce in kiddies burgers

Ordered KFC meal: 4 hot wings, street wise 5, 2 kiddies burgers (on special 2 for R17.90), side medium mash and gravy and Large chips. Paid for meal and no receipt issued. Meal was issued with no verbal confirmation of the order. Note that the store was not busy, as there were only 2 customers at 16h00 on a Sunday. Proceeded home, opened meal and realised chicken was oily, no hot wings was in the pack, large chips seemed medium and the lettuce in the kiddies burgers were brown and soft. Kids were disappointed. Did not contact the store, as they have provided this poor quality service on numerous occasions, when I tried to make contact with them. Manager was arrogant on previous calls to him. Thumbs down to KFC... you are no longer my family eating place.
