Worst KFC eve

We buy there once a week and 80% of the time they get the order wrong. They are so rushed to get rid of a person that you don't have time to check your order. I now drive around the corner and check the order. Once again today the order was wrong. The wrg juice was given and I was supposed to get 2 large chips with the meal I ordered (the family treat meal). I then drove back and informed them. I was told that they gave me a family size chips instead. Firstly, it's not what they advertise and secondly it was half filled. She then offered to take the chips from me and put it in 2 boxes, because according to her 'they never fill the large chips to the top in anyway'. Is that totally stupid, sarcastic or just arrogant?! This is not my first complaint about them yet they never do anything about it. I am always fuming when I leave that place.
