Pathetic Service

Yesterday placed order, received the wrong order, today waited for delivery, received a burger which was not crispy, half the crumbs fell off as if it was heated in a microwave, the chips were slightly under cooked and not even seasoned, i am a regular, check the records, when we complained they said we always complain to call center, if they did their job i would not complain, i orders almost every week a few times a week and the service is just going downhill, yesterdays zinger sauce on the burger even looked abit funny, probably selling old food, the last few times before that they made me wait a hour and a half to 2 hours for food so please explain to me why that would happen when im about 15mins away from the store??? i spend hard earned money expecting service, maybe i should order nandos or scooters instead in the future!
