Bad service

I have been to this nandos 3 times and all the times that i went there something bad had to happen. first time i was robbed my change, second and third time my order didnt come the way i requested it. i requested that they put extra sauce and both times they didnt instead they put a sticker to fool you into thinking that they did but when you open you find the chicken dry and they take advantage of the fact that its lunch hour and people are in a hurry to get back to work and because its a takeaway. their phone hardly rings, i tried calling them like 20 times before my call could actually go through
