Never answer their phones

This is the second time it has happened to us from the same place. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we tried to call nandos village view 6 times to place an order. Each time the call rings and rings and nobody ever answers.
The time before was the same. On going to the steers next door to get a chicken burger the nandos is open for trading and noticed the staff just not answering phones. If they do not want to take phone orders for collection please inform us and don't advertise in pamphlets your number if you don't want to answer it. Really bad service.
