Kindly employ competent people to run ur business.i called to order 2 pizzas & a coke. i am a prepaid customer & had ltd airtime.usually i give my cell no & my details pick up on the system. the person who answered was so incompetent. i gave her my order, my cell no, my name & she insisted i give her my address because she could not pick it up. approx four minutes later she was still trying to get my address. i had to spell it out for her and she kept telling me to "wait" because she was trying to write it down. & she asked for my order more than once. i got irritated and asked to speak to the manager who took a while to get to the phone. how it was possible for the manager to pick up my details and not the initial person is baffling. she was also quite curt and i asked for the owners details. the response was "we are not allowed to give out his details" which was then followed by "i don't know his number". really?? i eventually ran out of airtime dealing with them and was so put off that i subsequently cancelled my order. really really disappointing and pathetic service.
