I went to KFC on the 19th of Feb at round about 20h15. When I got there I one cashier was talking to a woman, long after that two police men went to place thier order while the only other cashier was also speeking with a man. Then the cashier #1 started having endless discussions with the police men. Aventually cashier #1 asked for the next customer with cashier #2 still having a conversation with the man she spoke with since I came in. I was then informed that they had no chicken available and that it would take another 2min. So I waited. To make a long story short. My EFT proof was sent to my phone at 20h39. I was then again informed that it would now take 9min. I went to my car outside to wait and came back 10min later. Then again whilst waiting I took a look around to find that the floor and tables are all dirty and that other customers were extremely irretated with the service. Cashier #1 made to ice-creams of which one was dropped and then tossed from the one side of the tills to the other side towar the bin. No apologieze were made, they asked me 4 times what my order was suppose to be. I left at 21h07
