Bad attitude

I am at Nandos, when im at the cashier asking her how much is a chicken wrap she says she doesnt know and im asking her are you not the cashier you are supposse to be telling me the prices and she pulls up her face and says she is not a cashier. Why is this girl at the cash till if she is not a cashier and she does not know prices of meals and is not willing to help regarding prices.. The name of the cashier is Ayanda.
