I came into the branch, was 3rd in line and 1 cashier was attending to customers. The place became busier and still only 1 cashier. The manager came to look and greet someone, told the 1 cashier to ask the other staff to help. The cashier replied and said they don't want to and manager went back into the office and sat down. The queue behind me grew to another 6 - 8 people and still only 1 cashier. It took me 10 - 15 minutes before I got served and another 5 minutes before getting my food. This is morning breakfast run and that's the kind of service, which I must say is really poor.By the time I got helped, another cashier came to help the now irritated queue.
