Terrible service!!!

I am a customer of nandos, going to many branches often. Today I experienced horrible service. Firstly, when I called to make an order for pick up, it took about 25 seconds for someone to answer. Then the employee that answered was terrible. He was extremely slow in his response. He couldn't understand what I was saying. Eventually I asked for someone else to help me. When I went to the store, there were about 8 people waiting in anger for their meals that were taking very long. Then they took about 5 minutes to serve me dye to there only being two tills. When I was finally served, they had gotten the order wrong!!! When I returned home my meal was disgusting - it was dry (I ordered the chicken strips and rice) and bland. The chips we bought were half raw. It is an experience I was not expecting!!!
