I placed a delivery order last Friday, 31 May, with Nando's Hemingways. When I called through a lady answered the line and told me to hold. Then I spoke to a Ndu who took my telephone number, then my address followed by my order. When I spoke to Ndu he was very friendly and confirmed the order before hanging up. 40 minutes later I received a call from another gentlemen by the name of Trayle. He was apparently the Manager on duty and was very arrogant and rude to me on the phone, asking me what my address was because the person that took my order did not get it!!! I then repeated myself and gave him the correct address. He then told me that it will take another 45minutes to an hour for them to deliver as they were very busy, this is when I said to Trayle dont worry with the order. The Manager, Trayle, then responded by telling me, "okay its fine" and hung up the phone!! I am very unhappy with the service that I am getting when I call in for a delivery at the Hemingsways branch. The staff as well as the Manager needs to understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and sort their ATTITUDE out!!! If they DO NOT like what they are doing they should GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN!
