Hands in french fries

While waiting for my order in line i saw one of the kitchen staff ladies slowly put her hand in the container with the finished fries in taking a hand full and started eating. And by the looks of her obesity this wasn't a once off offense When i confronted her she walked away and i also spoke to the manager who promised me she would speak to her so this will never happen gain. O_o
