Exceptionally bad service

Last week Friday, we went to pay R 80-00 for goods purchased by my wife, who did not pay as the KFC speed-point was not working at the time of purchase.
When we walked into and exited the KFC we were confronted by a very aggressive beggar, not great, we were not greeted or served at all, we waited for about two minutes and left.
My wife has since returned and paid the amount.
We were rather regular users of this outlet and will never return, possibly to KFC as the MacDonald's take away coffee is as good as KFC's.
My wife informed me that on numerous occasions that this outlet is out of stock of product, the staff response is, the manager has ordered.
There is beggar who when it rains sleeps in the drive thru, this is not great.
We contacted the KFC call centre, no response, this is what I thought would happen, why worry about a regular customer, there are many more in SA.
So don't ever visit this KFC unless you wan't exceptionally bad servive.
