My wife Mrs Sharlene Cupido (08662833) was recently contact by Homemark's sales people. According to them she did qualify as a good customer for a price for which so only had to pay for the delivery cost of R299. According to my wife this was a bargain especially considering the price. What was a shock to the family was the deduction of R2999 from my wife's bank account. We then contacted Homemark to collect the price and refund my wife's money, but were treated like total. My wife and myself talk, between us, to 4 different people with the following names: Thabo, Herman and Kate and Pheledi. The person that left a knob in our throats was that of Thabo. My question know is, does Homemark encourage such ill discipline by their staff? No follow up by their staff as we kept for almost a week to know what their response are, but to know avail? I have phoned Homemark today (28March2013) to let them know that my wife and I will lay a charge of at our local police station, as my wife did not agreed to the amount that was deducted by Homemark, and this has intern caused the family to forfeit on some of our financial obligations!
