Veg meal had beef in it

Good day,

This is the mail I sent yesterday and I have not received a response as yet

I would like to bring to your attention: This afternoon, my wife and I ordered 2 large pizza's and 4 savoury beg 4 mores (sweet bell pepper & three cheese) telephonically at your Grassy Park outlet.

After paying and fetching my order, on my way home I felt like eating the savouries, my wife gave me one and she took one of the savouries, only to find out it was Macon, we were given 2 Macon and Cheese 2 Chilli bell pepper and three cheese.
my wife and I do not eat beef at all due to religion reasons and to be given Macon when we asked for the Chilli pepper and cheese flavour was very offensive and insensitive to say the least, My wife, unfortunately took a bite and spat it out.

I understand mistakes happen but this is not the first time that we have encountered something like this with your outlet in Grassy Park. I had ordered a chicken pizza and we received a beef one. We complained to the store and it was sorted out but the second time?
