Replacement meal

My wife and I had a voucher for a meal at S & W a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the meal served was not as described at the time of ordering the voucher. My wife complained to the manager about this, and while there was a bit of a delay getting a response, we were then put on to Goodman. We would happily have accepted compensation only for the difference in price between the meal on offer and the one actually supplied, but we were told to come in any time and we would get a free main course.

We went last night and Goodman was exceptionally helpful and he and his staff went out of their way to be accommodating and to ensure that we were taken care of. Both the service and food were top notch, and the attitude of management and staff was exceptional. A refreshing change that ensures that we will go back to Smith & Wollensky again. A big thank you to Goodman and his staff for a most pleasant evening!
