Never Received such good service before

We purchased a few things for building alterations at home on Saturday 21 September.

Bessy immediately greeted us, and assisted us all the way.

She was exceptionally knowledgeable about her product, and even joked that if push comes to shove, she would come and install the purchased toilet for us herself.

She was exceptionally charismatic, and had a warmth around her which I have not felt in a long time in the retail environment.

I joked by asking if she would not come work for me, where as she immediately smiled and said that she is well looked after at CTM, and she loves her job, and that she would not move easily.

You have a great asset in Bessy, please look after her.

I am willing to pay a premium to be assisted by staff like this.
