Bad service: bad food

We went to the newly renovated Mac Donald in Parklands.
We got to the drive thru and were asked what our order was, when we started to give our order we were told the system is off and we must come into the store.
When we got into the store we were told the credit card machine was offline in the drive thru but we were never given the option to pay cash. I would not have come to the store if it was not the drive thru as i feel unsafe walking outside the store in an area which is desolate at night.
I decided to overlook this,
But my garnish was off and brown, my chips were hard and cold. The cup-a-cake's cake potion was cold and the chocolate was not melted.
The stores rush customers so they can get good ratings for completing orders quickly but this leads to bad quality food being served to your customers
