KFC Oakdale is scratched out in our familys mind!

Firstly, we went through the drive through, with the intent of not having to get out as we were in our pjs. When it came to the time to pay, we were told we must come into the store to pay as her machine was not working. W then said we are in our pjs and that's why we went through the drive through. She then insisted we get out to pay. I feel I do not have to be in my pjs in public, hence the use of a drive through. At this point the gentleman who was standing by her instructed her to plug her machine in, and we were lus able to pay with a card, lus showing machine was not broken, and we were to and her attitude after the situation was appaling. We then proceeded to the window to collect our food, upon inspection of receiving our food, (we have learnt the hard way from this branch to check our orders) we then discovered that there was no sprinkles for our large sprinkle pops. We then attempted to talk to the lady which handed us our food, and was told very rudely we have to pay an extra R3. Its not the fact at about the extra R3, but I feel this price should be included in the price, or inform customers of additional R3! My family will NEVER use KFC again!
