Ad service and level of food quality

We went to mcdonalds in midrand on Sunday around lunch time. we always sit inside however we needed to get back home today so we opted for the drive through. we bought our meals and left. when we got home the cheese was out of the burgers. the buns and the layering of the burger was lopsided and very disgusting too look at. the chips was stale and got thrown away. we ordered 2 meals and only got 2 sauces. really 2 sauces for 2 medium meals. how ridiculous. we googled the branch number and tried calling however no answer on their side. all in all a really bad experience at their drive through yet when we sit inside we get properly put out food. so my opinion is you don't care how you give us food as we are leaving so we wont come back. that's absolutely disgusting really.
