Bad Meal

Last night we went for dinner the Edenvale Spur in Edenglen. I have had issues before but have never complained. Did speak to the manager on duty and the matters were sorted out. Last night i just left it and when the waiter Lawrence asked if everything was ok i said yes, because nothing seems to be rectified. The other three burgers were great. Mine for the second time was not good. I had your Thursday special of unlimited ribs and buffalo wings. The chicken wings were dry and tasteless. Ribs all had different flavours and cuts. Some actuall looked like they were grilled, slapped in BBQ and served. I don't know if you guys use old stuff but it was disgusting (Sorry to be crude). There was another table who had the same problem. This seriously needs to be addressed. I stopped going to Spur when it was at Horwoods Farm because there was unlimited hassels. The airport Spur was the best and was closed down. I do not know what to do as i am not one to complain, but this really needs attention. The last rack i had tasted funny and the bone structure did not look right (Round instead of flat). Your reply would be most appreciated.
