Will never recommend this spur to anyone!

Hi, i would just like to bring to attention of very bad customer service/satisfaction at RFN spur. 3 Times after each other when the spur special started my wife got hair in her food, altough they sid we didnt have to pay for the half eaten plate they just said there is not much they could do about it - Really? We went there with work colleageus where my manager got like a ball of grease mixed with hair in his food as well, we complained which the manager eventually called the owner who just said its the basting brush and he refused to do anything about it, this was the poorest as well, no quality checks done on the food? Another time my wife asked for medium-well steak, she got the steak so rare that the blood was coming out, we just didnt say anything because whats going to happen to that food in the kitchen that we dont know. Or at times we got cold food which is just as bad. Ive known this spur for a very long time and the standards and service is really ridicolous and dont know how they still have customers with quality like that. The only reason we went back each time was for our kids for the play area. I will never go there again and wont recommend to anyone.
