Waited 2 hours for starters

We went to you're restaurant last night. A friend and myself ordered starters to share, and our respective partners ordered your lamb shank and fillet pasta. Eventually after an hour and a half their food came. We waited an extra 10 mins, and then requested where our food was. I could see that the waiter had forgot. He said everything was sorted and we waited, another 10 minutes went by. Eventually at 10:00 pm when everyone was done eating we cancelled our food. The waiter's attitude stank and not once did we receive an apology from the waiter nor from the owner. Eventually when it came time to pay, we swiped out cards to pay for our drinks, and our machines weren't working. The waiter flipped us off, threw the receipt down and told us someone else must do. The most awful experience of my life, not worth the money. Truly the worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant and will not be recommending your establishment to anyone I know.
