Disgusting Service and Food

We arrived at 6:30, and the waiters was removing the umbrellas, this caused all the seagulls to on the tables and on people and on the food, how disgusting!!! They should have left the umbrellas up till just before sunset at 8:00. Then we ordered Strawberry Daiquiris, this took the waiter 20 min to come with the order, he told us to hurry up with our order as he was busy so we gave him our order of starters that came with no side plates no forks nothing just dumped on the table, we had to then look for our waiter again to order some drinks another 20 mins. We then ordered T Bone Steaks, we waited 1 hour and 45 mins for this to arrive and it was cold disgusting half cooked and just dumped on the plate with chips no salad nothing.By this time I called management which was totally irate and was told that they were busy. We walked out at 9:00 close to 4 hours of fighting to get served, to get drinks been shitted on by seagulls.
I have the slip which can be emailed, we paid for this awful night close to R500 and I will never eat at this place again it was the worst experience ever.
