Hair found in King Klip order & prawn orde

The waiter was a bit rude, and rushing, didn't take much time to notice anything, just banging the plates, throwing the straws on the table, and a disregard for anything. Brought my meal, and my bro in laws meal with samples of hair in it. The manager tried to to us telling us it is mussels hairs, but nobody ordered mussels, which was a bit disgusting. We left, really sad story that service was bad, plus waiter was arrogant, don't ask me his name, the manager will know, ask him this happened on 2 April 2013, during easter weekend with my family. Really disappointed
